Your dog, painted like they already know they're royalty.

Upload one photo. Watch them become a monarch, a general, an aristocrat — right now, on this page. Then a real artist hand-finishes the piece and emails you a proof before anything touches paper.

Royal pet portrait The Monarch

The preview is a small, watermarked sketch — enough to see the idea, not enough to print. What you buy is the full-resolution piece, hand-finished by our artist, with the watermark gone and every marking corrected against your photo.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

I

Send us a photo

Any clear shot of their face. Phone photos are perfect — we work with what you have, and we'll tell you honestly if a photo won't hold up at print size.

II

Your artist builds the piece

A person works on every portrait: matching fur color and markings, fixing what the machine got wrong, and getting the eyes right. The eyes are what make people cry.

III

You approve, then we print

Your proof arrives by email within 48 hours. Ask for changes — as many rounds as it takes. Nothing gets printed until you say yes.

The collection

Four ways to be immortalized

Photo to portrait

Same dog. Same markings. Considerably more authority.

Drag the handle. The likeness is the whole job — if the fur, the markings and the eyes aren't theirs, it's just a costume on a stranger.

Why there's no risk here

You see it before you buy it. Then you see it again before we print it.

Unlimited proof revisions, then 30-day returns

Most custom portrait regret happens because people buy blind. You don't — you saw the concept before you paid, and you approve the finished artwork before it prints. If the printed piece still arrives wrong or damaged, we reprint it at our cost. If you simply change your mind, return it within 30 days in re-sellable condition for a refund; return postage is yours.

Before you order

Straight answers

Is the preview what I actually get?

No. The preview is deliberately small and watermarked — about 500 pixels, which looks fine on a phone and falls apart at any printed size. It's there so you can see the idea before spending anything.

What you buy is a different file: full print resolution, no watermark, and worked over by hand — fur color corrected against your photo, markings matched, eyes redrawn. You approve that version by email before anything prints, and if it isn't right we redo it.

How long until it arrives?

Proof within 48 hours of ordering. Once you approve it, printing and US delivery takes 5–9 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

What if my photo isn't great?

Send it anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether it'll hold up at print size, and if it won't, we'll ask for another before charging ahead. Blurry, very dark, or heavily backlit photos are the usual problems.

Can you do two pets in one portrait?

Yes. Order as normal, then reply to your confirmation email with the second photo and we'll quote the addition before any work starts.

Will it be ready for Christmas?

Order by December 5 and we'll have it to you before December 24. Print studios slow down in peak season, so that date is deliberately conservative — we would rather be early than apologize on Christmas Eve.

What happens to my photo?

It's used to make your portrait and nothing else. The instant preview sends it to Google's image service to generate the concept; after that it stays with us, and we keep it for 12 months only so we can reprint if something goes wrong. We never publish your photo or your portrait without asking you first. Ask us to delete it any time and we will.

My pet passed away. Can you work from an old photo?

Yes, and we take that work seriously. Send whatever photo you have, even if it isn't perfect — tell us in the order notes and we'll give it extra care and reply to you personally.
