Custom portraits are made to order, so our process is built to get it right before anything is printed.
Every order receives a digital proof by email, usually within 48 hours. You can request changes as many times as you need. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof. If you decide not to go ahead before approving a proof, email us and we will refund you in full.
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in re-sellable condition for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or materially different from the approved proof, in which case we cover return shipping and reprint or refund at your choice.
Because digital files are delivered immediately on approval, they are not refundable once you have approved the proof and the file has been sent. Before approval, a full refund is available at any time.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging and we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.
