<p>Every order is made to order, so the timeline has two parts: your proof, then production.</p><h3>Proof first</h3><p>Your proof is emailed within 48 hours of ordering. Production begins only after you approve it, so total delivery time depends partly on how quickly you reply.</p><h3>Delivery times after proof approval</h3><p>Continental United States: 5 to 9 business days. That is 2 to 5 business days in production plus 3 to 4 business days in transit. Digital files are delivered by email immediately on approval.</p><p>Peak season from late November through December can add a few days in production. We publish a Christmas order cutoff on the site each year and we keep it deliberately conservative.</p><h3>Shipping cost</h3><p>Free standard shipping on all physical orders within the United States.</p><h3>Tracking</h3><p>A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the print facility.</p><h3>International</h3><p>We currently ship within the United States only.</p><h3>Delays</h3><p>Carrier delays are outside our control, but if your order has not moved for more than five business days, email us and we will chase it or reprint at our cost.</p><h3>Address errors</h3><p>Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will re-ship at cost.</p>
