By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We produce custom artwork based on a photograph you supply, and print it on the format you select. Each portrait is generated with the assistance of software and then reviewed and finished by a person before printing.
You confirm that you own the photograph you upload, or have permission to use it. You grant us permission to use it solely to produce your order. We will not use your photograph for marketing or display it publicly without asking you separately and receiving your explicit consent.
No physical item is printed before you approve a proof. Once you approve a proof, it is the reference for what we produce.
You may use the finished portrait for personal purposes including printing, gifting and posting on social media. Commercial resale of the artwork is not permitted without written agreement.
We do not reproduce copyrighted characters, brand logos, trademarks, military or government insignia, or the likeness of a person without consent. If your request includes these we will contact you rather than print it.
Prices are shown in USD and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
